The hotel is located right next to the Shenyang North Train Station. It is renovated from an existing complex building, taking up the 4th to 8th floors of the podium. The total area is 15,000 sq.m. It is scheduled to open at the end of 2015. This will be the 4th Intercontinental brand hotel in the Shenyang city.
