PAEMS was formed 15 years ago with different talented personnel targeted to be a general professional engineering company with a scope of providing project construction management and mechanical & electrical design consultancy services in addition to design-build project delivery.

Since then, different talented professionals joined us as associates to meet the demand and challenges of projects of various natures. These professionals have been project and construction managers in design & build projects of factory buildings for foreign manufacturers coming to set their production facilities. As they are of M&E background and so could appreciate better the user’s requirements. Since 2010, PAEMS was invited to participate in several design & build projects which include Kitchee Football Training Centre; Ocean Park Panda House; Special GRC/GRP features; thematic lighting; Musical water features etc.

Today, PAEMS has 4 business lines for meeting the needs of our clients' projects, viz.

1. M&E (Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy) – provides general M&E engineering design and inspection services for various commercial, hotel, residential and institutional building projects.

2. Lift & Escalator Consultancy Services - acts as the independent 3rd party to provide professional consultancy services that promotes equipment operational reliability, safety and also compliance of regulations.


3. PCM (Project & Construction Management Consultancy) – Provides professional One-Stop-Services from project inception to project completion. The team comprises design & construction managers and different talented professionals, and convenes different specialists to satisfy project requirements.

3. D-B (Design-Build solution provider) – provides turn-key solutions for special and / or technically challenging projects by delivering customized and creative solutions.  In addition, solutions include high mast LED lightings and special quality water treatments.
