Design- Build (D-B) 


For special and selected projects, PAEMS can provide solutions by design & build project delivery. Design–build saves time and cost for the owner, reduces his risk while providing the opportunity to achieve innovation in the delivered facility. Value is added because D-B brings value engineering into the design process at the onset of a project by proposing best-value solutions for various construction elements before the design is complete. Meanwhile, issues of cost, schedule and constructability are addressed and committed at an early stage.
